At the time we post, we are also monitoring, making sure your competition is not posting negative comments or you don’t have an unhappy customer that wants the world to know. And while we are on your page, we are building relationships. The Dana Agency answers questions from your customers, replies to comments and interacts; we service your customers as if we were you.
